Who Are We

Integrated Digital Systems South, LLC (IDS South) is Joint Venture partnered with Integrated Digital Systems/ScanAmerica, Inc. (IDS) and Document & Data Security Specialists, LLC. Through these partnerships IDS South is a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner, Virginia Certified Small Business, Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB) and manufacturer of business and government software products and solutions. IDS has since 1995 been providing the Federal, State and Local government, Healthcare Providers and Commercial Clients with document management solutions, business process management consulting, workflow process design, digital imaging integration and data processing services.

IDS personnel are trained, certified and experienced in providing commercial, healthcare and government customers with document management solutions, electronic healthcare records management, students records management, correspondence management systems, business process consulting, workflow solutions, custom imaging solutions, Intra/Internet solutions and design services, HIPAA and Sarbanes-Oxley-compliant products, digital signing and security products (PKI), 508C integration and support, document conversion services, litigation support services, technical support, installation, maintenance, and third party product integration.

Background

Integrated Digital Systems South, LLC was formed January 1st, 2008 by the signing of a Joint Venture agreement between Integrated Digital Systems/ScanAmerica, Inc and Document & Data Security Specialists, LLC. With the talented and proven business management team of Document & Data Security Specialists and the 15 years of very successfully Document Management experience of Integrated Digital Systems/ScanAmerica, IDS South from day one is destined for tremendous success. It is our goal to be the number one recognized name in the Document Management services business.

• Microsoft Gold Certified Partner
  With certified professionals in both operating systems and applications development. IDS has made a firm commitment to Microsoft based products with a particular focus on Windows 2003, 2000, XP, Sharepoint, Content Server, SQL Server, .Net, PDA Mobile and TabletPC applications. IDS authorizations include ISV, Sales and Education Center to provide total solution to the client. Since 1992 IDS has maintained multiple certifications in Microsoft products with Windows 2003, Windows XP, Windows 2000 and BackOffice as its core effort and now the .NET Platform as well and the new line of Microsoft Internet products. Facilities

In July 2008 IDS South will be moving into our new 6000 square foot facility in Lynchburg, Virginia. This new facility will accommodate expanded document conversion services and SCIF level security, new Data Center and a state of the art Imaging laboratory currently equipped with the latest technology in servers, indexing and quality control workstations, and storage; as well as high speed Fujitsu production scanners, Calcomp Engineering scanners, plotters and color scanners.
